I am so happy to have found this vet clinic. From my first phone call asking Tia about their services and if they would work with my recently feral cat situation, to the actual exam, with Nora and Dr. Bick, it was such a positive experience. Each of the team members were knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. I was able to bring my undersocialized cat in for the visit in a regular pet carrier. Our vet tech Nora was phenomenal, and had just the right approach for my truly "scaredy cat", being gentle but firm so the veterinarian could complete the exam. Amazingly, they did the exam on the floor, so my cat could remain in the "bottom" of her carrier. They kindly bribed her with yummy treats, took her weight and eventually completed an ear treatment which she desperately needed (I have been working toward this visit for some months). I was also very happy to see that my kitty was in fact "bonded" with her carrier and used it as a "safe haven" in the exam room. Wow. Skills and bravery all round. Many kudos to this clinic - all staff from front desk to exam room are highly skilled and as kind to the cat guardians as to the kitties themselves. Our veterinarian Dr Bick was also outstanding - clearly an expert with a truly kind spirit. I think my cat wanted to go home with her. We are booked for our next re-check appointment in two weeks. I am so relieved and grateful. Thank you CO vet clinic! Most recent visit (we are now regulars at COVC), still 5 stars: As always, it was a great visit from start to finish. ALL of the staff are so skilled, patient and friendly, and treated both of us with care and calmness. Barney had an accident on the way, and Eryn the vet tech calmly and patiently cleaned her up and provided a dry pee pad for the carrier, putting the wet blanket in a bag for me. Wow. Of course Dr. Bick is wonderful, listened carefully, offered options, and we came up with a treatment plan for her ears and tremors. Being there is like a spa experience for both of us. .

Cats Only clinic is filled with kind and caring people. I always feel taken care of when I bring my cat in for her yearly checkups. She gets nervous around other people, especially when she receives her shots, but I trust the doctors and vet techs. They put my cat's needs before anything else.

The employees are so caring and kind. They do what’s necessary to keep my cat comfortable, they are upfront about costs and what is necessary vs optional, and they will explain everything without being condescending or cruel. It feels so warm and welcoming

The doctors, techs, front office and everyone else that I’ve met at Cats Only have been extremely kind, friendly and professional. Unless it’s an emergency and my cats doctor is unavailable, they make sure that we’re seeing our same doctor every time we visit. I know that all of these people have my cats best interest in mind. We’ve been to other vet clinics before, but at Cats Only, we are here to stay. I would recommend Cats Only to my family and friends. An updated review (October 11, 2023) Cats Only vet clinic has always had my cats health and best interests in mind. Dr. Beattie and the techs have taken fantastic & loving care of all six of my cats. I pass by a lot of veterinarian’s clinics on my 30 minute drive to Cats Only, because I am confident that my cats & kittens will receive the absolute best care possible. Highly recommend! Update 3/16/25 Dr. Beattie has moved on and now Dr. Austin takes care of my cats. She loves cats and her care and concern certainly shows.

Visiting the vet is not exactly my cat's favorite day, but this practice is as good as it gets. It is 100% cat-centric, which I love! Every staff member is an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, the vibe is "we love your kitty, and we're glad you're here." The waiting room is clean, comfortable, and calming - no blaring televisions or enormous barking dogs. And the experience in the exam room is wonderful too - I don't know how they do it, but they're all so GOOD! I drive 40 minutes each way, from the east suburbs of Columbus, and it's totally worth it. Thanks Cats Only - we love you!

Dr. Sparks and everyone we encountered at Cats Only was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They provided the best care that Rosie could have hoped for and were patient and understanding of her anxieties about going to the vet. Thank you so much for being completely transparent about cost, and which procedures were completely necessary and which we could go without. I'm so sad to be leaving this clinic as I move across the country, but I know that I can be fully confident that Rosie is ready for her next chapter of her adventure thanks to the diligence of Cats Only.

We cant stress enough how much we love it here! Dr. Bick is outstanding!!! The care she gives is unrivaled! She is so sharp and remembers every last detail! One of our cats is epileptic, so we really go the full stretch for him and every worker makes us feel validated and heard. Big shoutout to Meg- lead surgery tech in answering my very in depth questions. She took time out of her day to educate me on diagnostic test results. She went above and beyond and I thank her for that. Latoya and Colleen always answer the phones with a welcoming manner never making us feel rushed or bothersome. Julie is amazing as well! This is our Vet for life! Thanks for taking care of us.

We are very happy with Cats Only Vet clinic. We started seeing Dr Sparks and think she is the best. She takes her time to listen to our concerns, and explains everything clearly. We were able to tell she really loves cats by the way she took her time in examining our cat. Our cat was very comfortable around her and we truly felt that our cat is in safe, and knowledgeable hands. We would highly recommend Cats Only Veterinarian clinic and especially Dr Sparks. We feel that Dr Sparks may be able to give our cat more than 9 lives.

Dr. Sparks and all of the techs have been lifesavers. My kitty had a very uphill battle when we came in, which was she was very honest about, and that is so appreciated. I’ve not felt pressured to make any decisions, just supported. When she had to stay for a few days, the communication from the staff was wonderful, including pictures and videos that meant a lot to me. I am positive they have all saved my girls life and my whole family will always be very grateful for that.

Dr. Perrin, Eva Knox, various technicians and the entire Cats Only staff was fantastic in the end-of-life care for my senior cat, Launchpad. The attention and kindness exhibited was so appreciated. Further, the gesture by Dr. Perrin was so unexpected, and I was amazed. Thank you so much Cats Only, I can only speak great things to others!
